PRODUCTION TIME:
NEW & REPEAT ORDERS - All Hotline, Beacon, and Good Value appointment wall styles approximately 7-20 working days.  All other styles 6 to 15 working days.  These production times begin AFTER PROOF APPROVAL, if requested or required and MAY BE EXTENDED DURING PEAK PRODUCTION TIMES IN OCTOBER, NOVEMBER, & DECEMBER.

FASTEST ORDERING METHOD - You are using it-Order On-line or you can phone or FAX in your order. We are conservative in our production estimates and most of the time are able to ship to you even faster. However, we do not want to promise you something and then let you down. Obviously, November and December are our busiest months. We guarantee delivery prior to Christmas for orders received by December 1st for all Hotline, Beacon, and Good Value appointment wall styles.  After December 1st call for current standard delivery info.

SHIPPING TIME: NEW THIS YEAR- See shipping map on each product to give you an approximate shipping time in transit. These are estimated and we are not responsible for delays which might occur due to shipper error or weather.

LOGOS:
No additional charge with camera ready artwork supplied. Black and white preferred but sometimes we can use letterhead, delivery tickets or business cards. If there is an art charge we will contact you before we proceed.

PROOFS:
Please allow 1-3 days for proofs.  One faxed or emailed proof will be available on request at no charge. Order number must be assigned prior to request for proof(s).

OVERRUNS/UNDERRUNS:
To insure imprinting quality we reserve the right to overrun/under-run your order not to exceed 10%. You will be charged for any overruns.

Payment Policy: Due to the custom nature of our products, AND our super fast turnaround time, we process payment at the time the order is placed.  Customers that have established their account with us may order on open account terms, subject to annual review of payment history.  Remember you only get free freight on prepaid orders. We reserve the right to ship by the most economical method, unless special shipping arrangements have been agreed to.

Cancelation Policy:  We reserve the right to charge up to 50% cancelation charge, based on the amount work that has been done on an order.  We reserve the right to substitute a similar product if customer agrees to substitution. If customer refuses to accept substitution cancelation policy will be enforced. All returns MUST have prior authorization and are subject to the cancelation charge.

Mailing costs: Due to constantly changing postal regulations and postal rates we are not responsible for any differences in mailing costs that may arise.

Sales Tax: Sales tax will be charged on all products produced by Hotline Products shipped to the state of California. Sales tax will be charged on all Norwood/Triumph orders shipped to the states of California, Maryland, Florida and Tennessee. Sales tax will be charged on all Warwick orders shipped to the state of Illinois. In compliance with Colorado Notice and reporting Law (Colorado Rev. Stat. 39-21-112.3.5) Colorado sales tax will be charged for all orders shipped to the state of Colorado.

Free Freight: Applies to all PREPAID orders shipped in the continental United States that includes calendars. Orders for products such as envelopes and tubes only shipped after the original order has shipped will be charged for freight charges, even if prepaid.
