SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Photograph Specifications: For the best quality calendar and to keep the price SO LOW we require the following picture submissions:
1. Digital Images- High Resolution (Minimum 300 dpi at 10.875" X 8.375") required. Add 1/8" (.125) to all sides of photo for full bleed.
2. Images must be emailed to orders@laudercompany.com formatted in JPG, PNG, PDF, EPS, or TIFF.
3. Send 13 Images - one for each month and one for the front cover. Name images with the month they will be used on. Example: the cover image should be named "Cover", the January image should be named "January". Do not abbreviate the month name.
4. Any copy that overlays on to a picture, including the the text on the cover must be supplied already embedding on to the image. This may require an artist to help you.
5. Full Bleeds Okay- Add 1/8" to ALL SIDES. Otherwise white Border will be added to each photograph by our artists at production.
6. Email images to orders@laudercompany.com upon placing order. Use wetransfer.com or similar site for large files. Proofing may take up to 6 business days to complete.
7. Artwork help IS available. If you need help with sizing images, , choose the appropriate art prep option in the category above and our artists will be glad to help get your calendar print-ready.
