Fastest Method - You are using it-Order On-line or you can phone or FAX in your order. We are conservative in our production estimates and most of the time are able to ship to you even faster. However, we do not want to promise you something and then let you down. Obviously, November and December are our busiest months. We guarantee delivery prior to Christmas for orders received by November 9th when not requesting rush service. After November 9th call for current standard delivery info.

LOGOS:
No additional charge with camera ready artwork supplied. Black and white preferred but sometimes we can use letterhead, delivery tickets or business cards. If there is an art charge we will contact you before we proceed.

PROOFS:
One faxed or emailed proof will be available on request at no charge.

To insure imprinting quality we reserve the right to overrun/under-run your order not to exceed 10%. You will be charged for any overruns.

Cancelation Policy:  We reserve the right to charge up to 50% cancelation charge, based on the amount work that has been done on an order.  All returns MUST have prior authorization and are subject to the cancelation charge.
